By accessing our services, submitting a prescription, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Nature of Services

• MedXPlus operates as a licensed retail pharmacy and healthcare supply service in Pune, Maharashtra.
• We provide dispensing of prescription medications, over-the-counter (OTC) healthcare products, wellness supplements, and doorstep delivery services.
• The content provided on our website or over chat is for informational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the guidance of a qualified physician with any medical questions.

2. Prescription Requirements & Dispensing Policy

To comply with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945:

• Schedule H and H1 Drugs: Medicines classified under Schedule H, H1, or X will only be dispensed upon presentation of a valid, legible prescription issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP).
• Verification: Every prescription uploaded via our website or WhatsApp is independently verified by a registered pharmacist before fulfillment.
• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to decline or modify an order if a prescription is expired, unclear, suspected to be tampered with, or requests restricted substances contrary to regulatory safety guidelines.

3. Ordering & Confirmation

• An order placed via WhatsApp, phone, or web form constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only once our pharmacy team verifies product availability, validates the prescription (if required), and confirms the final order invoice with you.
• We reserve the right to limit order quantities per customer or household in cases of market shortage or hoarding prevention.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed on invoices and quotations are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable statutory taxes (GST).
• Discounts and promotional offers are calculated against the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) printed on the manufacturer’s packaging.
• Accepted Payment Methods:
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) upon delivery
  • Direct digital transfer methods authorized by MedXPlus
• We do not charge advance pre-payments through unofficial or unverified third-party channels.

5. Delivery & Service SLAs

• Hyperlocal Delivery: Our estimated 30–60 minute delivery timelines are applicable within our designated express delivery zones in East Pune (including Hadapsar, Magarpatta City, Manjari, and surrounding areas).
• Exceptions: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by severe weather, heavy traffic, strikes, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues. MedXPlus will communicate delays promptly.
• Recipient Verification: The customer must ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive the items and complete payment. For high-schedule medications, delivery agents may request verification of the original prescription.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

All returns and refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. Due to regulatory hygiene and drug safety mandates:

• Temperature-sensitive items (e.g., insulins, vaccines) and opened strips/bottles cannot be returned once delivered.
• Any transit damage or incorrect dispensing must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. User Obligations & Conduct

By using MedXPlus, you warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• The medical prescription, personal contact information, and delivery address you provide are accurate, current, and genuine.
• You will not misuse the platform to procure habit-forming, banned, or illicit substances.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, graphics, and text on [https://medxplus.in/](https://medxplus.in/) are the proprietary property of MedXPlus or used under permission from respective brand partners (such as manufacturer logos). Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or republication without written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

• MedXPlus sources products exclusively from licensed distributors and certified manufacturers. However, we do not manufacture the medications and cannot be held liable for unforeseen side effects, allergic reactions, or lack of drug efficacy. Patients must consult their prescribing doctor regarding side effects.
• In any dispute, MedXPlus’s maximum aggregate liability shall be limited to the total value of the specific order in contention.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising out of these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of the website or ordering service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
